Meet The Fam
Fit Gym is owned and operated by former U.S. Marine Mike, his service dog, Frannie. Mike has owned Fit Gym since 2021 and is dedicated to creating a welcoming environment that is a perfect fit for all shapes and sizes. Mike has been in the fitness industry since 2008, when he started by teaching fitness boot camps in West St. Louis County.
As Mike's time in the fitness industry progressed, he developed an extensive background in a wide variety of fitness specialties such as CrossFit Coaching, Hypertrophy Coaching, and General Health and Wellness. As a former competitive bodybuilder on the national level, Mike grew an understanding of the discipline and perseverance needed to reach any fitness goal.
Retired Police Lieutenant turned Gym Manager, Dana, served 30 years with St. Louis County Police Department. Dana is enjoying his retirement by keeping Fit Gym clean, friendly, and functioning smoothly under the watchful eye of Frannie, the gym dog. Certified Service Animal Frannie is a Chocolate Labrador Retriever and keeps herself busy by greeting every member as they walk through the door.

Fit Gym is on a mission to provide the highest quality fitness resources available without being pushy, overwhelmingly crowded, or crammed with an excess of useless machines. We select the most effective equipment on the market so that you get the most out of your workout. Fit Gym provides all the bells and whistles necessary for Bodybuilding, Olympic Lifting, and Cross Training. No matter what style you train, we have the equipment to meet your needs.
